HAWKE'S BAY POWER CONSUMERS' TRUST

The Hawke's Bay Power Consumers' Trust (HBPCT) was set up in 1993. The Trust is made up of five Trustees who hold all the shares in Unison Networks Limited on behalf of the consumers connected to Unison's electricity network in Hawke's Bay.

The HBPCT operates under a Trust Deed which sets out, in detail, the responsibilities and duties of the Trust and the Trustees.
