Up until September 2002 Hawke's Bay Network solely owned and operated the electrical assets within the Hawke's Bay region. After the acquisition of the electrical assets in the Taupo and Rotorua regions, the company substantially increased its size and scope of operations and rebranded as Unison.
Unison also provides Network and Financial Services for Centralines Ltd, with a Management Contract to cover the Central Hawke's Bay region.
