How do I get information to tell me if my street / area is due to have a planned power cut?

I am thinking about putting a small generation unit in my house - who should I speak with?

What are Unison’s Network prices?

I would like to apply for sponsorship, how should I go about it?
Write a letter that clearly describes the project / event that you require sponsorship for. Include information such as how long the project / event will last as well as a proposal indicating the amount of investment required, what form it will take and how you can see that the project might align with Unison’s values.

 

Who do I contact with a query on my Power Bill?
Please contact your electricity retailer (e.g. Contact Energy, TrustPower, Energy Online, Genesis Energy, Mighty River Power and Meridian Energy with power bill enquiries. These companies should have their contact details on the monthly bill they send you, or you can
click here to view energy retailers on the Unison network.

Where can I find information about areas of the Unison network currently affected by power cuts?

Please call us on 0800 286 476. You will be given several options when you call, simply follow the instructions to be connected to our Control Room. Someone there will be able to give you up to date information on any outages in our network area.
