Medical Insurance
Unison provides all permanent employees with health insurance through Southern Cross. All permanent employees are eligible for this benefit after completing three months continuous service.
Company Life Insurance
Free life insurance is one of the many benefits the Company offers as part of its commitment to be a good employer. All permanent fulltime and part-time employees are eligible upon appointment. This entitlement means that upon death or total disablement due to accident or illness an assured sum will be paid.
Superannuation Scheme
Unison offers a subsidised superannuation scheme and any employee is entitled to join after three months continuous service.
Retirement
Unison recognises that retirement can bring about major change in personal circumstances and we offer free attendance at retirement seminars to support you in the lead up to retirement. Your spouse or partner is welcome to attend these seminars.

Unison encourages employees to become active by providing subsidies for one of the following:
Sports Team Sponsorship
Unison sponsors a number of employee sports teams either through the provision of branded clothing and/or subsidised event entry fees. The Company encourages employees to participate in team sports organised by fellow employees.
