If your problem or concern relates to the service that you have received from Unison Networks Limited, then please contact our Corporate Services Administrator who will endeavour to resolve the problem; or, at least reach an acceptable solution for you. When we receive a formal complaint we have 20 working days to find out what went wrong and try to fix the problem. If after this period we have not reached an acceptable solution you may decide to take your complaint to the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner.
