Terms and Conditions
By completing these details, you give consent on behalf of the parents of players in the team, for players to be filmed by video camera during rugby matches, for promotional purposes.
You give consent to Unison Networks Ltd, for full use of this video footage for any promotional purpose deemed appropriate by Unison – in particular, through display on a website, YouTube and at ITM Cup home matches at McLean Park. You understand that neither you, the players, nor family of players, are entitled to receive or seek payment for any purpose in which material is used.
