Our current timeframe from receiving a request to carrying out the work is up to 6 weeks for a simple connection and up to 20 weeks for a complex connection. For major projects we encourage you to engage with Unison as early as possible in the process.

Please note that Unison has reviewed the cost of connections and alterations and from 1st April 2024 there will be an increase. Pricing from 1 April 2024 reflects the increasing costs of labour and materials amongst other costs such as compliance and health & safety.
