Rugby-Mad 'Greatest Supporters' Recieve Mission for Month of June!
Two Hawke’s Bay junior rugby players will get up close and personal with the Hawke’s Bay Magpies this month, after receiving their ‘Greatest Supporter’ mission for June!
June’s ‘Greatest Supporters’ were randomly drawn this week, with Hunter Jordan (who plays junior rugby for the 8th grade Eskview Eels) and six-year-old Deziah Thompson (from the Tamatea Pukana’s junior rugby team), being crowned as our winners for the month.
With both winners being ‘rugby-mad’, they have each been given a ‘rugby focussed’ mission to complete throughout the month – which includes each interviewing a Hawke’s Bay Magpies player.
Deziah and Hunter will each write a list of questions they want the Magpies players to answer. This could be anything from what he eats for breakfast, his game day ritual or his favourite music to train to.
At the end of the month, Hunter and Deziah will attend a Magpies training session at Elwood Park in Hastings, where they will use their list of questions to film a fun, Q&A video with two players from the Hawke’s Bay Magpies.
Both interviews will be filmed by Unison’s videographer, and uploaded to Unison’s social media channels for everyone to see.
In return for their hard work, Hunter and Deziah will each receive an awesome prize pack – plus, a little something for mum and dad too!
Unison’s Greatest Supporter Competition runs from April through to September, with two ‘Greatest Supporters’ being announced each month. For updates on the competition, be sure to ‘like’ Unison on Facebook – www.facebook.com/unisonnetworks
