If your electricity requirements have changed and you need to adjust your power supply—whether upgrading or downgrading—please complete our New Connection process and choose the 'alteration' option.

Reasons to upgrade or downgrade your power supply may be changes in electricity usage from new appliances, home renovations that increase electrical load, or pursuing energy efficiency goals to reduce environmental impact and save on bills.

You will need to consult your electrician for assistance in completing sections of the form.
