Rotorua

It's also only just two hours from Auckland, and close to the many attractions the Bay of Plenty offers.

Taupō

Located on the shores of Lake Taupō and at the base of Mt Ruapehu, Taupō offers big city amenities, without the hassle of big city living. Taupō has most things you would find in a larger centre, but with free parking, a low crime rate, and more affordable housing.

Taupō offers everything from peaceful and secluded fly fishing to action activities like bungee jumping, white-water rafting and jet boating. The fantastic climate will see you swimming in summer and skiing in winter.

Dunedin
