HBPCT Announce New Director

Hawke’s Bay Power Consumers’ Trust has appointed local businessman Andrew Bayly as a director of Unison Networks Limited. Mr Bayly has his own business advisory practice AB360 Ltd, in Havelock North. Previously he was a partner in the Napier office of the international accounting practice, Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Trust chairman, John Newland said that trustees recognised the importance of having capable local professionals on the Unison Board. “We specifically sought to appoint a younger person who already has a broad range of experience in strategic business development and financial analysis. Andrew Bayly matches this well.”

Other local directors on the Unison Board are John Palairet, Philip Hocquard and chairman Kevin Atkinson. There are three directors from outside of Hawke’s Bay Tim Lusk, Paul Connell and Brenden Hall.
