Digital Safe Sparks Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
The Digital Safe Sparks Prize Draw is open to residents of Hawke’s Bay, Taupō, and Rotorua who live within Unison’s electricity distribution areas. Participants must complete the Digital Safe Sparks Programme and submit the entry form to be eligible. Employees of Unison and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter the draw, participants must complete all steps of the Digital Safe Sparks Programme and submit the entry form by 11:59pm on 31 October 2025. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive a $100 Prezzy Card. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Draw Date and Notification
The prize draw will take place within two weeks of the closing date. Winners will be notified by email or phone within five business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, Unison reserves the right to redraw.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the entry process will be used solely for the purposes of this prize draw.
General
Unison reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw at any time. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
