How to identify your nearest Connection Point
A connection point (or point of supply) refers to the physical location on Unison’s network where your property is connected.
Types of Physical Assets
The connection points, also known as points of supply, can take various forms depending on the existing infrastructure or what best suits the specific situation. These are often referred to as “pillars,” but the physical connection between Unison’s network and your property can be housed in any of the following:
Pillars: Typically located at the side of the street.

Electricity vs Utility Assets
Unison uses similar types of enclosures for our cables as other utility providers, such as those for fibre optics and telecommunications.
You may see containers near your property that look similar, but they might not be electricity assets, and we may not be able to use them for your connection.
