Paul Humphreys
Project Engineer
Paul is a Project Engineer with twenty five years’ experience in the energy sector. Of Welsh decent he has been living and working in New Zealand for the past eighteen years and during that time has led the design and build of a number of substation upgrades, and high voltage underground/ overhead reticulation schemes.
Having started his career in the field, Paul developed a strong understanding for construction and, combined with further academic studies in electrical engineering and project management, has a strong bias in technical project management.
Paul is committed to integrating environmental and sustainability management into all projects, doing all that he can to preserve the planet for our children’s future. Windsor Substation presented an opportunity for Paul to combine his passion for the environment with his profession.

Trish started her career as a Mechanical and Hydraulic Engineer but soon realised her passion was designing buildings for people and planet. She effectively facilitates and manages sustainability outcomes within projects.
Trish enjoys inspiring people, sharing knowledge and creating great team relationships.
Charissa Snijders

Charissa an award winning Registered Architect transforming the way architecture is approached to create living green architecture.
Working co creatively with her team and clients, Charissa’s approach is innovative and personalised delivering an inspired outcome that is a combination of the client’s unique requirement, the story of place and the budget. CSA’s integrative process bridges indigenous wisdom with ground breaking science, working to alleviate climate change, loss of biodiversity and loss of relationship with each other and with nature.
Resulting in the creation of life affirming places that are both stunningly beautiful and fit for purpose whilst giving back to the environment, to the community and all of life.

Liam and Charlotte are landscape architects with Resilio Studio, a sustainable design practice dedicated to building a resilient and regenerative Aotearoa through, landscape planning and strategy, urban design, social innovation and education.
